Luminous afternoon in Eixample.
High ceilings, ceiling roses, distinctive door handles.
History opens the door for you.
This home is conceived for a Barcelonian returning after years away, wanting to feel the city in every corner.
We restored what mattered; moldings, gallery stained glass, hydraulic tiles, and herringbone parquet, and brought it up to date with home automation: lights, curtains, climate, and music controlled with a single gesture.
The social area is the core: an open kitchen that expands with a wall hidden behind a mirror; a large bar for cooking while conversing; the bay window becomes an intimate bar, connected to the living and dining areas.
Noble materials and a restrained palette dress the space with sobriety. Layered lighting, measured textiles, and art pieces that add without imposing.
The private suite celebrates comfort: integrated gym, dressing room, workspace, and a refuge-like bathroom with a generous shower and a freestanding bathtub.
Here, past and present look at each other as equals.
And Barcelona beats within.
