A warm morning in Miami Beach, EE.UU.
The air is dense, saline, vegetal. The house is already open to the outdoors.
Light passes through the coral stone and draws soft shadows across the floor. Vegetation surrounds, water accompanies. Here, the landscape is not observed: it is lived.
The home breathes from the climate. Inside and outside are indistinguishable; they follow one another. Terraces extend the rooms and the private dock connects domestic life to the bay in a natural, almost inevitable way.
Nothing is superfluous. The architecture relies on material: coral stone, vibrant marbles, noble woods crafted with artisanal precision. Textures that speak of the place without needing explanation.
Every element has been designed for this house. Bespoke furniture, precise junctions, handles, finishes. Luxury here is not appearance: it is coherence.
At the center, a sculptural staircase organizes the space. More than connecting levels, it connects atmospheres. It is gesture and structure. It is presence.
The house does not compete with Miami. It listens.
And in that dialogue, it finds its true form.
