We brought it back to its logic. We opened up the circulation and allowed light to enter from the front, the back, and the sides. A very light palette, soft greens, spaciousness without excess.
We restored what mattered: doors, radiators, carpentry, shutters. In the kitchen, a black-and-white checkerboard porcelain tile adds the right accent.
Social life takes the lead: the ground floor brings together living room, dining room, and kitchen; outside, an annex like a small apartment with both indoor and outdoor kitchens invites long after-meal gatherings.
The vertical connection is reborn through a helical staircase clad in natural stone; black railing, precise line.
Technology is present but unseen: discreet home automation that supports without intruding. Under the roof, we recovered the wooden structure and bathed it in indirect light.
Upstairs is where sound and image come alive: cinema, music, guitars, saxophone, drums.
Today, the house does not pose. It recognizes itself.
