This building, located on Rda. Sant Antoni in Barcelona, was renovated as an independent living community for senior citizens. In addition to private apartments, the facility includes common areas for socializing, as well as several amenities.

The project includes the interior design and decoration of a model apartment, in which harmony is experienced as one moves throughout the space. The two main focuses were the layout of the spaces, which was based on the specifications of the client, and the design of the public facilities, which was chosen to ensure the comfort of the residents.

The careful selection of materials, coupled with a very soft and warm color palette, created a calm atmosphere. Each area was designed with an emphasis on comfort and elegance, ultimately creating a fresh and cheerful atmosphere that promotes an inner sense of wellbeing.
