This house in the center of the Catalan capital, which measures 250 m2 and has large outdoor terrace, underwent a comprehensive interior design, décor, and styling remodel. The spaces were reconfigured to fit the needs of their owners.
The main requirements were to expand and open the different areas, while at the same time, to separate them using decorative elements, all with the comfort of the customers in mind. The aim was to create a home that can be enjoyed and lived in, down to every last corner. Special focus was dedicated to the selection of materials and decorative pieces, creating a warm and unique atmosphere. Restored furniture was combined with other more contemporary elements.
In the day area, the large living room includes a space for relaxation as well as an office. The large kitchen has an island, a breakfast nook, and a small den where the family can watch the TV together. It also includes a laundry area and a bathroom.
The sleeping area is located on the opposite wing of the house, where the atmosphere is more muted and tranquil. Each room was created and designed in accordance with the owners’ requirements and equipped with comfortable and ergonomic elements. The integration of various antique pieces enhances the house’s original architecture. Artwork is included to complete the look and add value to the space.
