A comprehensive renovation of a 120 square-meter house located next to the Turó Park in Barcelona, where the owners’ requirements were to fill the entire space with light and feature unique accent pieces. An open and homogeneous space was created, employing a combination of various elements.
Two differentiated areas were created: one for daytime and one for the bedrooms. However, in order to avoid creating a visual break in the continuity of the space, the bedrooms and the day area were separated by sliding doors.
The spaces for the living room, dining room, and kitchen became the central axis of the house. These areas were united, giving the space a natural flow without barriers. All three are separated using decorative and lighting elements.
Warm and regal materials such as wood, bright colors, natural fabrics, and modern furniture were chosen, creating a cozy atmosphere.
