Between party walls, the home finds its sense of openness through connection.
The project transforms a multi-level house into an open, continuous space with a strong visual relationship to the exterior. The intervention does not only organise the uses of the home, but creates a place where each floor contributes to the same spatial reading.
The main floor brings everyday life together.
Kitchen, dining room and living area are arranged as three distinct yet connected environments. Straight, sober lines create a contemporary foundation, while warmer pieces introduce balance and bring the home closer to a calmer way of living.
The fireplace introduces a singular gesture.
Dropping from the upper floor, it moves through the architecture and becomes an element that brings character, verticality and presence to the whole. It does not simply accompany the space. It structures it.
The exterior is understood as part of the home.
The pool area continues the same language as the interior, with wooden decking used as a key element to create a more natural atmosphere. In the middle of the city, this space becomes an open retreat, visible from the different levels thanks to the fluid communication of the house.
Lighting creates different scenes.
Through a carefully selected range of fixtures and an integrated home automation system, the house changes throughout the day. Light accompanies each moment, highlights specific elements and allows the same space to take on different intensities.
