This 540 m² project brings together architecture, interior design, decoration, and construction in a single gesture, executed by The Room Work.
From the beginning, the intention was clear: to create a home without stridency, where comfort was not only aesthetic. Solar, lighting, and climate control are invisibly integrated to be naturally felt in every space.
The ground floor is for living. A place to gather, share, and open up to the outdoors. Upstairs, the home becomes more intimate in the resting area. In the basement, installations, parking, and a gym complete the program without interfering with daily life.
Outside, the garden, porch, and pool do not accompany the house—they are part of it. Interior and exterior connect through noble materials and sensory textures that change the experience depending on the space.
Here, technology is not seen.
