Orac Experience Center
A showroom that merges technology and tradition
The Orac Decor Experience Center has been created with a stunning and ‘Wow’ effect staging, where the products are displayed in an unprecedented way, aiming to become the company’s first international showroom.
This innovative showroom completely redefines the traditional concept, and each space has been meticulously designed to blend technology and tradition, creating stunning scenographic atmospheres. We wanted each space to be an innovative and scenographic experience, capturing attention while also being entirely ‘Instagrammable.’
The choice of a color palette that follows the standards used at Orac’s headquarters in Belgium for their catalogs was strategic. We have amplified this palette by designing monochromatic rooms to ensure a visual balance, guaranteeing that the product always takes center stage.
“The Cave” is a bold statement. Clad in nude color, its moldings form a rib-like perimeter, with sound-absorbing acoustic material that creates a subdued sound atmosphere. We used “Rockfont” and flexible “Orac” moldings to showcase the product’s versatility, capable of creating such a theatrical effect. To the right, the reception area is a striking “bite.” The lighting, except for the flexible “Xal” lamp, is indirect, simulating the movement of these “ribs” with waves and separating this space from the next, with a matching long nude curtain, ensuring a surprise factor and a clear “Wow” effect.
“The Exhibition Room” represents pure sobriety. The walls showcase Orac’s most iconic moldings and cornices, while three screens on the left wall offer unique audiovisual experiences that blend the classic with innovation. On the panels to the right, cabinets are represented by die-cuts with the profile of the moldings, backlit to reveal the product in a sophisticated and surprising way. Moreover, the sofa fabric is in a pastel green tone, hinting at the color of the next room, achieving a gradual visual transition. With this carefully chosen color scheme for all spaces, we ensure they have the same dialogue.
“The Immersive Room” returns to monochrome, this time in green, to highlight Orac products. Here, the mapping projector allows for cutting-edge audiovisual experiences and digital content. The central bar has been clad with Orac, and the tiered seating, emulating an amphitheater, makes this space unique. The bathrooms, covered in mirrors, are undoubtedly the most humorous part of the project, with visual trompe-l’oeil and customized sounds. You can hear everything from 80s music to jokes from Eugenio!
“Le Club,” with its ability to make you feel at home, is the ultimate room for hosting VIP events. The color palette in “Le Club” is characterized by serenity, with beige tones contrasting with touches of black. Finally, a small patio with natural light pays homage to Barcelona, featuring hydraulic tile flooring with green and terracotta tones. The lighting throughout the project is generously provided by “Vibia.”
If we go up the stairs, we reach the office area, where Orac’s signature colors are subtly integrated into the library’s cassettes, leaving the walls beige. We wanted the working area to exude calm and serenity.
At Orac, we have created an experience where history blends with innovation, with every corner meticulously designed to provide an unforgettable experience.
Welcome to a world of limitless elegance and creativity!
