The Interior Design and Decoration project of the new offices of Viu Bé in Barcelona is carried out, a company dedicated to the integral administration of estates. The Project takes as a reference the philosophy of the company, which seeks to transmit a new concept in farm management based on transparency and the trust of its users.
The main premise of the Client was to obtain completely open and visually communicated offices with the intention of being as transparent as possible. For this, a color palette is used throughout the project based on the shades of its logo. For general coatings, neutral colors are chosen that provide timelessness and freshness to all areas.
In the access area there is a waiting room with a central sofa and the reception with a rounded shape, providing harmony and giving a more relaxed image to the environment. For the intermediate part of the passage, furniture for sporadic meetings that require some acoustic privacy is included. On the side wall of said space, a series of decorative arches are made, illuminated and lined with a design paper, gaining greater depth and movement in the area, hiding the pillars and downspouts, which in a disorderly manner gave irregularity to the space.
The central part of the offices, although interior, seeks to treat it as an exterior patio, integrating a large skylight in the ceiling with an artificial lighting treatment imitating natural light. Stands are added to obtain a versatile and different space where you can hold informal meetings with clients or with the team, as well as meetings with the communities of owners.
In the back area of the offices are the work tables for the company’s employees and two different spaces for Management. Thanks to the height of the ceilings and the skylights that provide natural light, the language of the arches is thought of to divide the spaces. All the structural elements are hidden and the different areas are closed with iron and glass doors so that everything has the greatest possible visual amplitude.
