In this house located on a building from the 70s, it was carried out a comprehensive reform project. It was intervened eliminating the outdated and segmented distribution, giving the luminosity to the space and obtaining a global visual effect.
It was decided to open the space to include the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, allowing the pass of the light through the three main windows. The different environments were obtained in the same area. The space of the entrance area was separated by an enclosure of iron and glass, which does not limit the visibility of the rest of the house or the light.
Regarding the suite room, a color palette was chosen that plays with garnet, shades of gray and black. It wanted to give prominence to the main walls of the bathroom and the headboard, combining them with contemporary lighting pieces and modern lines. As for the selection of materials, it was decided to use wood combined with some elements in noble metals.
As a final result, it was obtained a vintage industrial style that is present throughout the entire house.
