This apartment located in a building built in the 70s underwent a comprehensive renovation project. The space was entirely reconfigured, transforming it from outdated and divided, to open and luminous.
The kitchen, the dining room, and the living room were opened, allowing the natural light to flood each area through the three main windows. Three differentiated atmospheres distinguish the areas from each other. The entranceway was separated by an enclosure of iron and glass so as to not limit the visibility of the rest of the house or the natural light.
The color palette in the master suite plays with the balance among garnet, gray shades, and black. The aim here was to feature the main walls of the bathroom and the headboard, combining them with contemporary lighting pieces and modern lines. For the materials, wood was given prominence and was combined with details made from noble metals.
As a final result, a vintage industrial style runs throughout the entire house.
