DÚPLEX LESSEPS

A cozy, fluid and harmonious home

In this completely restored modernist home with great architectural value, a project of interior design and décor was completed.

This impressive duplex measuring 300 m2 had a delicate structure and interior that needed to be preserved and rehabilitated in order to restore its soul. Therefore, everything was restored to its original state, from the coffered ceilings, the cornices, and the hydraulic tiles, to the doors, the windows, and the staircase.

The spaces were configured to accommodate the owner’s needs and the bathrooms were completely renovated, maintaining the antique essence of the space while modernizing it to fit the times. Wardrobes and hallways were rearranged to be able to create more space, since in their original form they were very narrow.

Care was taken not to overload the space with furniture or large elements that could distract from the exquisite architecture. Therefore, we chose clean lines to accommodate the beautiful décor that was already integral to the structure of the house.
