Oficinas Clot.
Viu Bé’s new headquarters begins with an idea directly connected to the company’s philosophy: creating an open, approachable and visually connected workplace.
The project translates the values of transparency and trust into a layout where spaces communicate with one another without losing functionality. The office is understood as a place for interaction, both for the team and for clients, where each area responds to a different way of meeting.
The colour palette takes reference from the brand’s visual identity, while neutral finishes provide a timeless, fresh and calm foundation. Curved forms soften the circulation and create a warmer, more welcoming atmosphere.
The entrance is designed as a gentle first impression.
The waiting area, organised around a central sofa, and the rounded reception desk create a calm arrival experience, less rigid and more approachable. From this point, the office unfolds as a sequence of open yet carefully defined spaces.
In the intermediate area, the furniture allows for occasional meetings with a certain level of acoustic privacy. Illuminated decorative arches, finished with patterned wallcovering, add depth and movement while integrating structural elements that previously disrupted the space.
The central area is conceived almost as an interior courtyard.
Although it is located within the office, the lighting is designed to recreate the feeling of natural daylight through a large artificial skylight. Tiered seating introduces a more flexible and versatile use, intended for informal meetings, client conversations or property owners’ gatherings.
At the rear, the workstations and management offices are located. The height of the ceilings, skylights and arched language allow the spaces to be divided without feeling closed, maintaining a constant sense of openness.
Iron and glass complete this idea of transparency.
The partitions provide privacy when needed, while preserving the visual connection that defines the entire project.
An office designed so that trust is not only a brand value.
But a spatial experience.
