This year we present the second edition of Monapart’s Speakeasy event entitled ‘Uses and Consumption in housing’ in our Espai Travessera. At this event, we discussed topics related to rental properties, new real estate developments, the profile of future tenants, and technological advancements in the industry.
For this event, we had the pleasure of hosting recognized professionals in the sector such as: Guillermo López of MAIO Architects; Iker Marcaide of Barrio La Pinada; Marta Rocamora, Community Director of WeWork España; Sergio Nasarre, chair of UNESCO Vivienda URV and Sergio Vinay of Airbnb Marketing Services.
