This week we wanted to continue with the second part of last week’s post. In it we explained in detail the project ‘Lost in Translation’ that we have carried out in this 55th edition of Casa Decor by the hand of our friends from the home automation brand Gira.
In this new article we will discuss in depth the furniture and lighting brands with which we have worked to shape our hotel suite. As you already know, all the design has been done by our creative directors – Meritxell Ribé and Josep Puigdomènech – including the double-functional table area and the headboard of the bed.
At the entrance we find two large format DCW Editions wall lights, thus gaining light and presence in that area. Later to complete the day area, the upholstered chair of the Stella Works brand and the By My Hand table lamp in gold finish were included in the desk. For the water area, a black natural stone sink from Bathco was chosen, which is perfectly complemented by the Gessi taps. In addition accessories such as candle holders and vase in black marble were placed, wonderful pieces made by hand by Lee Broom following the same line as the rest of the suite.
Giving presence to the suite we find the ‘Bronzed Head’ painting by the great artist Max Gärtner from the Galería Victor Lope in Barcelona. His art represents the tensions and interrelationships between reality and the metaphysical, between the natural and the supernatural. A truly brilliant staging in this space.
