This week we wanted to look for the fine line that unites luxury Architecture and Fashion. The way in which design is encompassed in each of the disciplines of the sector to create unique experiences. Large international firms have realized the importance of showing the great work behind each garment, so they seek to show it to their clients in a unique and exclusive environment. To do this, below we show you our <<top 5>> buildings of important luxury brands that have taken into account Architecture to show their work. 1) Maison Hermés by architect Renzo Piano (Tokyo)

The solid-looking luminous tower is clad in a glass façade, where light filters through the translucent slabs. With the concept of creating a “calm” design, it seeks to evoke a light architecture in harmony with the contrast of its surroundings. The intention of its design at night was that of a magic lantern, referencing traditional Japanese lanterns and making the building glow from within.

|2) Chanel Pavilion by architect Zaha Hadid (Hong Kong)

The exhibition pavilion designed in three dimensions and presented with a futuristic concept, is inspired by the famous white gardenia characteristic of Coco Chanel. Zaha Hadid has developed the fluid geometry and organic form of natural systems in a dynamic space, where light and darkness coexist, as well as the natural and the artificial.||3) Louis Vuitton Foundation by architect Frank Gehry (Paris)

The museum located in the Boulogne Acclimatization Garden built by the LVMH group, aims to promote art and culture. It is a space dedicated to the relationship between the artist and the visitor that promotes contemporary art. The building is shaped like the sails of a sailing ship inflamed by the wind that surround an “iceberg”.||4) Dior store designed by architect Christian from Portzamparc (Seoul)

Looking for surfaces that flow like the fabric of the famous dressmaker, this building was designed on the basis of the representation of the Dior firm where the work of Christian Dior is reflected. Evoking gently curved lines that rise towards the sky, it creates the effect of being in constant motion and forming a balanced asymmetry.||5) Armani Fifth Avenue by architects Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas (New York)

The showroom carried out by the Fuksas studio is conceived as a space that encompasses everything that the Italian firm represents. Executed from the vision of contemporary architecture where volumes and symmetries stand out, the historic building has been completely renovated inside but maintains the original glass-covered facade.||We hope we have discovered these emblematic architectural designs and that you liked them.
