Rehabilitation Project where Architecture, Interior Design and Decoration are worked and completed with a work of Styling. An extension of the upper floors and a redistribution of the spaces is carried out.
In this house of 700 m2 in the upper area of Barcelona, we seek to obtain spacious, bright and functional areas. Both facades remain intact, respecting their natural state and the old building.
The interior is completely renovated, covering the current needs of its owners. The large staircase made on site becomes the heart of the house. Next to it we can see the patio that crosses the house vertically.
It seeks to obtain an industrial style without losing the warmth, using natural woods combined with noble metals, hydraulic and microcement. Special pieces such as doors and old cabinets recovered, as in the entrance and the suite are added.
The incorporation of the domotic system allows the control of the scenes of the whole house. In addition, it installs audiovisuals creating an enveloping atmosphere throughout all areas.
