Dear Roomers, today we bring you one of the most beautiful terraces in Barcelona. We know that we are already in October, but we refuse to let the good weather leave us. For this reason, we wanted to bring you this oasis in the center of all the movement and hubbub of the Catalan capital. Do you remember this project? Indeed, it is the exterior of the Mallorca House. After these months of confinement and enjoying our homes, these owners have been able to enjoy a wonderful exterior where different areas are differentiated by functionalities. When we come out of the interior, we find the beautiful pergola that protects a large outdoor dining room and a chill out area to relax. It has sought to continue the style and color range found throughout the house by choosing cheerful and colorful textiles, as well as natural and light materials.

The pool area is strategically placed, being very discreet and balanced with the rest of the terrace. Landscaping work was carried out turning this space into a small forest and highlighting green as the main color. Lighting elements were arranged around the water area to give a warm point to the large space once the sun falls on the city.

In short, it seems like a perfect corner to enjoy free time, share moments with family and friends and where to be outdoors. A place where the speed at which the city lives is in the background and where the great work of interior design and decoration of the house extends to the outside.
