We read luxury as precision, not accumulation, and design interiors and architecture on Star Island from that position, with our own team of architects, designers and technical staff. The island sits off the MacArthur Causeway, gated and surrounded by Biscayne Bay.
A single loop road, water on every side and the downtown skyline across the bay. There is very little room here for a house that repeats what its neighbours already did.
From Barcelona and Miami, with a permanent presence in South Florida, one team carries the project from the first study to the final key. On Star Island that means anticipating City of Miami Beach permits and design review, the privacy expectations of a gated island, the waterfront flood and hurricane code, and the seawalls and deep-water docks that come with the plot.
We work on contemporary waterfront mansions and Mediterranean estates with private docks and views over the downtown skyline. Materials are chosen for constant salt air and full exposure: impact glass, stone and hardwood specified for a marine environment, and detailing that stays intact through a hurricane season.
