Our idea of luxury is precision rather than accumulation, and Miami Beach is a demanding place to prove it. Our own team of architects, designers and technical staff designs interiors and architecture across South Beach, Mid-Beach, the Venetian Islands and Star Island.
Here two clocks run at once: a protected facade that cannot be touched, and an interior that has to feel entirely of today. Reconciling them is most of the work.
From offices in Barcelona and Miami, with a permanent presence across South Florida, one team stays on the project from first study to final key. In Miami Beach that means anticipating impact glass and the Miami-Dade hurricane code, condominium and HOA design review boards, City of Miami Beach permits, and the Historic Preservation Board in the Art Deco District.
We work across the Art Deco and MiMo districts, where protected facades on Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue meet contemporary interiors, and on oceanfront condominiums and waterfront homes on the Venetian Islands and La Gorce. Each zone has its own rules, which lets us set realistic timelines and choose materials that survive here: keystone, terrazzo, natural stone and finishes that hold against salt air and humidity.
