The Design in the offices is a very important factor to take into account. We must have tact because it is a place what will represent a brand, a name, a team, an ideology, a concept, a product or a service. It is the face of a whole work and it is the presentation letter for clients, so it should maximize the positive aspects of them.

The Design focuses on this sector goes further than completing an empty space and giving it style, means to adapt the necessities of the company to the proposed design. Each element in the office should have value and sense, must be functional and practical to perform the tasks without any type of impediment. Therefore, all the decisions should be previously considered and consulted with the staff who will work in that area.

An office must be a motivating space that transmits positive energy, a place where people who spend several hours could find a kind of comfort and tranquility. The colors, printings, textiles, textures and shapes that will be chosen will guide the company in one way or another.

At The Room Studio we start analyzing the values and needs of the company, extracting its essence and achieving its objective. After this phase, the representative colors, materials and distributions necessary for the team are decided. It is also interesting to take the future expectations: increase in staff, expansions of rooms, updating of technology; to design the space. Thus, it is recommended to have chill areas for the staff, they can feel the office not as a stressed zone, but as a space of concentration, companionship, experiences, and application of knowledge.

In addition, we are looking to provide these spaces with an emotional part. We mean to create a feeling of home, we usually spend more hours at work than at home. On our contract projects we refuse to give them a technical vision that we associate with in terms of offices; we focus on applying new technologies, creating light and sensory scenes that allow that desired harmonic atmosphere. In short, we try to create offices that can be as seductive as a living room empathizing with the environment.
