Before and after: Vía Augusta House

19.06.2019

In this house of more than 120 m2 located on Vía Augusta Street, a comprehensive reform of Interior Design and Decoration is carried out.

One of the owners’ objectives is to maintain order and obtain luminosity and, for this, storage spaces are created, giving it practicality. The result is a personal and intimate home with different areas of different functions where all maintain a connection and a harmony that is breathed throughout the house.

It is decided to use neutral finishes and refined lines in the home where natural woods and design details are deployed, since the owners want a project that allows incorporating improvements over time. The living room is equipped with updated furniture and wild linens creating a balanced and spacious area, since it is the main point of play of the little ones.

The kitchen is open to the living room allowing continuous visibility of the space where different areas are observed: on the one hand, we find the reading corner and, on the other, an area more focused on leisure and watching television.
