Before and after: Aragó House
In this house of more than 230 m2 located in a royal estate in the Eixample, in the heart of Barcelona, a comprehensive interior design, decoration and styling reform has been carried out.
In the central area of Barcelona the owners acquired the property that lacked style and soul. The main objective was the redistribution of spaces, obtaining maximum functionality and practicality in each of the areas. Distinguished spaces were created but, at the same time, they did not break the general vision of the space and did not segment the homogeneity.
The living-dining area is unified but the different uses of each are distinguished: the reading area is different from that of television and dining room. It was sought to give the house the essence that it did not have from the beginning, natural materials and noble metals were chosen that bring the note of elegance and subtlety that was sought. The color range is very earthy and neutral, combined with more organic elements and pieces with geometric shapes.
A British-inspired living room was created for the night area, which included a brick wall, English prints and a comfortable chester. The rooms were adapted to the needs of the owners, providing them with warmth and personality to make the rooms cozy.
